Support
Support Smartsite has specialists that offer Business Partners, Professional partners and end-users the guarantee of quality aftercare. The Smartsite helpdesk has highly-trained and enthusiastic co-workers who have extensive knowledge of the Smartsite product and have a lot of experience with various implementation questions.
Smartsite helpdesk
The Smartsite helpdesk is mainly a secondary helpdesk for Business Partners and Professional partners of Smartsite. Front line support is also provided by the Smartsite helpdesk for end users in unique situations. This is for example where clients have their own development department and they wish to perform Smartsite projects independently.
All sorts of user questions are answered in a quick and client friendly way. The appropriate information (client specific information, licence details, Frequently Asked Questions, etc.) is carefully documented and kept up-to-date.
Smartsite Support site
Other than a professional helpdesk, Smartsite also has an extended support site (= extranet) available. All sorts of useful information is available on this support site (Smartsite installation instructions, developing with Smartsite, Tips & Tricks, and more) and new service packs and service releases can be downloaded here. Various components - such as a news letter function, for instance - including sources and macros that can be used with their Smartsite projects are made available free of charge to Business Partners and Profesional Partners.
Be advised that the support sites are primarily in the Dutch language and you need a password and login to enter.
For developers a special community site is built around the Smartsite iXperion (Falcon) initiative: http://falcon.smartsite.nl/
If you are a customer or Business Partner of Smartsite you can request an account by sending an email to office@smartsite.nl. Once again; be advised that the sites are primarily in Dutch.
